I received plenty of virus emails with attachment everyday in my outlook, how to resolve this issue?

They said that my account was temporarily suspended. Is that true. Im worried to sign off or back in. By just deleting the bulk mail i will be ok.”Your e-mail account has been temporary disabled because of unauthorized access”. That is wat it said. What should i do

i got 2 mails on my bulk file that says that i might have a virus. How do i get it fixed
If i have a virus scan does it protect me from viruses. Do you have a scanner that can tell me wat to do, also i dont know who sent the file

I keep getting an email that appears to be from Yahoo saying my email account has been suspended. When I try to open the attachment, it shows a virus, so I go no further……is this spam? This has been happening for almost a week, but my Yahoo Mail has not been interrupted.
