I am a member of a few groups, but this certain one, I get double emails!

Contact the admin for that group and let them know. Some software’s used for such mailing can have bugs too.

Make sure you aren’t signed up to the group twice. You may have accidentally signed up using two different Yahoo! profiles. Then contact the administrator to see if he can get it fixed if there’s anything wrong with the group’s mailing system.
